I have been with KC’s 23 1/2 Hour Plumbing for 8 1/2 years.I have been a dispatcher for 30 years. I am aware of the importance and urgency of the clients needs when they call. It is number one priority to me to accommodate each & every client no matter how small or large the issue is, at that time it’s an emergency to the client.
