Stephen Eisner
Stephen Eisner is the President and owner of Eisner Development Corporation, which he formed in July of 1989. During the last five years, he has been involved in two multi-family housing projects built in Burleson and Fort Worth, Texas. The market value of those two projects exceeds $45,000,000. Prior to his activity in multi-family development, Mr. Eisner has been involved in the development of over fifty retail projects across the U.S. ranging from stand-alone stores for national clients to neighborhood shopping centers. He has also served as general partner for numerous real estate partnerships with asset values from $1,000,000 to over $20,000,000. He is a graduate of Austin College in Sherman, Texas and maintains his Texas real estate broker’s license.
Staci J. Eisner
Staci J. Eisner is the Vice President of Eisner Equities. Since 1989, she has owned and served as President of Rosewood Contractors, a closely held general contractor. Rosewood has constructed numerous stand-alone projects for major regional nurseries and landscape companies, as well as other ground-up construction, conversion, and renovation projects of neighborhood retail centers and other commercial properties.
Mrs. Eisner currently serves in her eleventh year as an elected Trustee of the Burleson, Texas Independent School District. Mrs. Eisner holds a BBA degree from Baylor University.
