Advanced Motorsports - Dallas, TX:

This project involved the transformation of a small 1940s-era industrial building located in The Design District of Dallas into a high-end Ducati motorcycle dealership. The quality of construction and innovation of design, which incorporated some of the legacy traits of the structure, have become standards of design for Ducati dealerships elsewhere.
Calloway's Nurseries:

Calloway's is the leading high-end landscape and garden retailer in Texas. We have worked with Calloway's since their formation in the late 1980's. As a general contractor, we have constructed over half of the company's locations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Each building is a unique structure designed to complement the area in which that store is located.

The Phoenix Apartments - Ft. Worth, TX:

Eisner Equities and its partners were recruited in 2011 to take over the sponsorship of an effort to develop a 170-unit apartment complex in the Near Southside area of Fort Worth, Texas. This area, more commonly known as the hospital district, long suffered from a dearth of adequate housing for the thousands of employees who were forced to commute to work. We took over the development and financing effort in the spring of 2011 and in late summer 2012 broke ground. Construction was fully completed in December of 2013 and we achieved a stabilized occupancy one year later. This was a complex project due to the assembly of multiple vacant residential lots once occupied by crumbling crack houses. Civil engineering was critical due to an over-taxed and outdated utility infrastructure. The 221 (d)(4) financing we secured for the project became very time-sensitive as we worked to secure our building permits before loan commitments expired. For all intents, The Phoenix is a trail-blazing development in Fort Worth. Now completed, the Phoenix is the catalyst for multiple projects currently underway or in the planning stages for multi-family development in the Near Southside.
Pier 1 Imports:

Over a period of approximately six years, we developed and owned over a dozen properties during one of the company's most aggressive growth periods. We also worked with the company as a fee-developer on 15 corporate-owned stores.
Richardson Corner Shopping Center:

The shopping center was a 3-acre retail development that we built in the late '70s, incorporating a 35,000 SF retail center with a freestanding, adjacent bank building. We owned and managed the property through the '80's until we sold it to an international group. We continued to manage the property and all related funds until the property was sold in 2004.
