Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer

 

Since 1979, Mr. Bosserman has held financial and operations management positions. His duties have included responsibility for investor, banker and analyst relations.

 

Mr. Bosserman recently joined SWaN & Legend and serves as a Managing Director and its Chief Financial Officer. From February 2001through March 2013, Mr. Bosserman held senior executive positions at NEW where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Bosserman directed the company's financial operations, including strategy, planning, budgeting, analysis and reporting, as well as NEW's customer service and information technology functions. He and his team supported multiple merger, acquisition, and successful recapitalization transactions. 

Mr. Bosserman currently serves on the boards of Capital Sports Ventures and Motionsoft, and is a special advisor to KIND and CustomInk.

 

Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer at worldweb.net, where he oversaw the company's operations groups and successfully led the sale of the company in early 2001. He also was the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Best Software, Inc., a leading provider of business application software solutions for which he successfully managed the Company's initial public offering.

 

In his career Mr. Bosserman has been on-point for approximately 20 merger, acquisition and disposition transactions totaling in excess of $5 billion, including several international transactions.

 

Mr. Bosserman was a certified public accountant at the public accounting firm Deloitte. Mr. Bosserman received his BS in accounting from Arizona State University.
